Prima Developments Ltd. Receives TSX Venture Exchange Approval for Name Change

Vancouver , B.C. - Prima Developments Ltd. PID: TSX-V announces today that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the Company's application to change the name of the Company to ECL EnviroClean Ventures Ltd.. The Company's new trading symbol will be ECL and will become effective starting on June 28, 2010. The change in corporate name was approved by a resolution passed by directors of the Company on June 3, 2010. There is no consolidation of capital with currently 30,420,532 common shares issued and outstanding.
